At Level 3, with €800 a day, the same balance goes out as €800 and €600, two requests. At Level 5 a single request of €1,400 sits under the €1,500 ceiling and leaves in one go.
A Level 1 player who withdrew €1,400 has used a fifth of the €7,000 monthly allowance, so four more withdrawals of that size fit before the month closes. The level follows the previous 90 days and drops to the lowest after a month of inactivity, so a break from the account also shortens your daily ceiling.

Checks that can sit in front of a payout

Around deposits and withdrawals, both before and after, Lizaro may verify identity, age, residence and source of funds. Lizaro can ask for an identity document, proof of address and proof of ownership of the payment methods used. The 30-day clock starts when a request is made, and a payment stays on hold, with the account open to suspension, while documents are missing. Once the set is complete, review usually takes 10 days.

What eats into a payout

Two costs can reduce a payout. If your wagering is below the amount you deposited, winnings may be cancelled and a 10% commission kept, with a minimum of €0.50 (about £0.42); the rate is 15% for deposits made by bank card or bank transfer. A minimum rollover of x1 applies before a withdrawal, and wagering of at least €20 within the calendar month of the request keeps the withdrawal from being declined.
